World

Terms

Last updated November 5, 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and us when you use World. Please read them with our Privacy and Refunds pages, which are part of them.

Who we are

World is run by 1000451734 ONTARIO INC., operating as ounoworld, a company in Ontario, Canada ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using World, you agree to these terms.

What World is

World is one place for your family, your people, and the shops and services around you. You can send messages, make calls, share moments, keep plans, and buy from businesses, on the web and in our phone apps.

Who can join

Your account

You sign in with a passkey on your own devices. Keep your devices locked, and tell us at support@ounoworld.com if you think someone else got in. You're responsible for what happens in your account.

The rules

To keep World calm and safe, you agree not to:

What you share

What you post stays yours. You let us store it and show it to the people you chose, only to run World. When you delete it, we stop showing it.

Buying from businesses

Ask

Ask, the assistant in World, uses AI and can be wrong. Check anything important. Ask's answers aren't medical, legal or financial advice. In an emergency, call 911.

When rules are broken

We may limit or suspend an account that breaks these terms. Some steps happen automatically after several reports. You'll see why in World, and you can ask us to look again from that notice or by writing to support@ounoworld.com.

You can delete your account at any time. We may close an account for serious or repeated breaks of these terms.

Changes to World

World is still being built. We may add, change or remove features.

Our responsibility

We work hard to keep World running and safe, but we provide it as it is, without promising it will always be available or without mistakes.

As far as the law allows, we aren't responsible for indirect losses, such as lost profits or lost data. Our total responsibility to you is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the last 12 months and 100 Canadian dollars.

Nothing in these terms takes away rights that consumer protection law gives you where you live.

Which law applies

These terms follow the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada. Disputes go to the courts of Ontario, unless the law where you live lets you go to your own courts.

Changes to these terms

When these terms change, the date at the top changes. Before a big change takes effect, we tell you in World. If you keep using World after that, the new terms apply.
